Worea makes it possible to work from the bed or from the couch, but also&nbsp;to eat from those spots. What I previously mentioned are just examples, Worea doesn't have a right&nbsp;or wrong way to be used, it adapts to it's owner necessity and desire. I decided to make it for COS because I could relate the object I was thinking into several aspects of this clothing brand. Worea is multifunctional and so does most of the COS clothes. My furniture piece could be used as a “basic” and so is the goal of COS, to make their pieces, basics and&nbsp;essentials in users closet. Our proposed brief was composed by the words "well-being" and "more than food". This project aims to align with the company Lékué. We analyzed the company and identified a gap where we could propose a new product. We delved into the world of Japanese essence, rituals, and sensory and psychological experiences in contact with the materiality of the products. We also researched fermented beverages and their benefits. All research started with a market study showing that Kombucha is trendy and growing in popularity and sales for the future. It revolves around the creation of a chair entirely constructed from lace, devoid of any conventional fastening methods such as nails, staples, or adhesive. Instead, the challenge was to conceive a design that not only embodied functionality and comfort but also allowed for seamless assembly through 90-degree sockets. The design approach embraced the incorporation of sharp, defined contours, strategically enhancing the prominence of both the lace material and the intricate joints that characterize this unique piece. This pursuit of clean and precise lines serves to underscore the craftsmanship and innovation inherent in the industrial design process.
